Yeti Cycles builds every bike to order in our Golden, CO headquarters. We completely build and adjust everything – we even bed the brakes in and install tubeless sealant in the tires. Bikes are packaged for shipping in such a way that minimal assembly is required using tools we provide with every purchase. This step-by-step video will ensure proper re-assembly of your new bike.
Suspension Setup
We’ve already done the hard work of creating the highest performing suspension designs in the world – the easy part of getting your suspension set up for your weight and riding style, is on you. This video will guide you through setting sag and tuning damping characteristics on your Yeti with our handy bike setup calculator.
Cockpit Setup Video
Your bike isn’t yours until you’re comfortable and confident on it. In this video we’ll go over seat positioning and angle adjustment, and handlebar height and roll, and show how to get brake levers, shifter and dropper post controls in position for quick and easy access. While there are some general rules of thumb when making these adjustments, remember that it’s all comes down to personal preference.
Switch Infinity Maintenance
The key to Yeti's renowned Switch Infinity suspension is the linear action of the SI link, and just like the stanchions on a fork, it needs some love from time to time. Refreshing the SI is as simple as pushing fresh grease through the Zerk fittings, though some disassembly is required for access. This video is takes you through our recommended process of servicing the Switch Infinity link to keep your Yeti running smooth.
