The Yeti / FOX Factory Team made history at EDR.2 in Derby, Tasmania

The first ever Enduro World Cup after Enduro World Series merge with UCI. Six stages in store with two lift liaisons, this race is more gravity heavy than other stops on the circuit.

With the overall Enduro World Series in the books, the team looked to their final stop as they conclude the 2022 season.

The final Enduro World Series round of the season – the race that would determine where Richie Rude and Bex Baraona would fall in the season overall.

The East Coast has landed on Enduro World Series roster for the first time. As close as it will get to a home race for Richie, round five brings us to Burke, Vermont

The two-day race was a properly gnarly, physically demanding terrain with brutally steep bike-pushing liaisons - as proven by Rude’s moving time of a punishing 5 hours and 4 minutes on Sunday. 

After two stops of the Enduro World Series, Rude and Melamed are at a dead heat in the points going into round three, Val di Fassa.

Four years since Petzen / Jamnica’s return to the circuit, redemption would certainly be top of mind for Rude

For the first time ever, the Enduro World Series opened at the same venue as the 2021 season finale.

The Yeti / FOX Team delivers a one-two punch, claiming the top two podium spots in both the Pro Men and Pro Women’s categories in the teams 2022 debut season.

The annual tune-up race for the season provided some unusual race conditions. A Friday Night snow / wind storm rolled through closing the bike park for an entire day due to pit damage and trail repair.

In what has been one of the closest matchups in EWS history, a gut-wrenching decision from the UCI meant that Rude was unable to compete in the final round of the EWS — an end to his season that no one saw coming and a black cloud that underscored the weekend.

The penultimate race of the Enduro World Series brought us to Finale Ligure, Italy with its iconic, jank filled tracks and endless post-race gelato.

With just 140 points separating Richie and Jack heading into round seven, a win here was crucial to remain in contention for the overall series title.

The final double header of the year on almost identical courses delivered two very different races in Loudenvielle, France.

Stop four on the Big Mountain Enduro brought the Yeti Fox Nat Devo Team to Purgatory. Athletes were treated to another new venue that will hopefully become a staple on the circuit. Typical bluebird Colorado days brought dry and dusty conditions on the steep, techy and loose track. 

For the first time in two years, both the Yeti / FOX Factory Team and Yeti / OneUp Pro Team met at the BME Winter Park, a Yeti Race Team homecoming of sorts, to race under the Turq flag. It was a fully stacked international crew this weekend.

The Yeti / FOX Factory team took on some of the fastest US riders this past weekend in Big Sky, MT for the second Big Mountain Enduro of the year, but not before a quick stop to pick up some all-American head attire to round out the Montana experience. 

Rude and Moir’s early season battle intensified over the weekend with Richie ending round four with a slim, five-point lead in the overall standings.

La Thuile is steep, rutty, and challenging in the best of conditions. Daily rainstorms were just the cherry on top.

Just one day or rest separated the first doubleheader of the 2021 Enduro World race season. The sunny Italy weather had been cooperating up until the beginning of EWS.2. After practice had wrapped up for the day, the Pro Stage was on deck, and the consistent heavy rain started.

Richie Rude set the stage for the Enduro World Series, sealing his second win at this venue. Richie Rude and Shawn Neer once again head the Yeti / FOX Factory team for another EWS season, and they are a force to be reconned with.

Gains are made in the off season, and the first races of the year separates top contenders from the midfield pack.

We’re officially back between the tape just three months into 2021 and we’re doing it Tennessee style — fresh cut, greasy clay with a healthy dose of steeps.

The day was bookended with stages that physically challenged every single athlete on track with soul crushing climbs. There would be no phoning this one in.

The terrain in Big Sky was rowdy, steep, and not without consequence...

Yeti / FOX Factory team riders Richie Rude and Shawn Neer joined former teammate Cody Kelley to represent Team USA at the historic Trophy of Nations event in Finale Ligure, Italy. Competing against the rest of the world, the first UCI Rainbow Jersey to be offered at an enduro event was on the line.

The Yeti / Fox Factory team finished the season in top form, with Richie Rude taking 3rd place in the final race in Zermatt, Switzerland. Teammate Shawn Neer crushed the first three stages with high alpine riding that lends itself to the terrain of his home state of Colorado.

It was a race for the ages - punctuated by dust, heat, and an unrelenting course, Richie Rude powered out another win beating Sam Hill by the narrowest margin in EWS history, 0.8 seconds. Let that sink in…

Richie Rude threw down a crushing run on the Queen Stage (Top of the World) at the Whistler EWS, winning by 33 seconds and putting the field on notice that he was the man to beat

The two-day race at Les Orres, France introduced racers to eight completely new tracks and put a twist on the typical French lines. With a little less jank and a little more flow, riders were pleased with the combination of high alpine, natural trails, mixed with bike park berms while descending from above 9000-feet to the mile-high base area.

Stage by stage, Rude held off the field with strong form and unbridled speed. On the queen stage – the crux stage of every race - Rude held no mercy.

When Yeti / FOX Factory Team riders, Duncan Nason and Shawn Neer crossed the finish line after two strenuous days of racing, they left it all on the picturesque tracks.

The Yeti / Fox Factory and National Team riders depart from Tasmania with a few more notches in their belts.

The forecast looked solid in Rotorua for round 1 of the Enduro World Series.
